Summary
You will be the guardian of operational discipline and execution, ensuring clear structures, accountability, and high-performance rhythms across the company. Your role is pivotal in finding PMF for our data solutions and scaling the business, enabling the CEO to focus on external engagements while you build and refine the internal engine that drives illuminem forward.
What will you do?
• Build & scale operations: structure and improve key business functions, ensuring seamless execution across Product, Data, and Tech teams
• Drive execution & accountability: track priorities, manage deliverables, report results, and enforce deadlines to keep the company on course
• Ensure operational discipline: uphold operational clarity, consistency, and execution focus across all teams, creating a culture of ownership and delivery
• Lead cross-functional collaboration: ensure smooth workflows and alignment between teams to maximize efficiency and innovation
• Project manage initiatives: coordinate and drive to completion key initiatives led by other teams, while directly executing centralized critical efforts such as grant applications, UK HoldCo registration, hiring, people operation and performance management
• Help Tech prioritize effectively: work with the Tech team to balance and prioritize internal product development vs. sales, media, and data-related requests
• Optimize organizational effectiveness: improve internal processes, refine structures, and implement best practices for scalable growth
• Drive with precision: operate with strong attention to detail and maintain the high work rhythm required to succeed
What are we looking for?
• Execution-driven mindset – ability to translate vision and strategy into results, by navigating constraints, adapting to shifting priorities, and driving execution with resilience and focus
• Built, led & scaled teams – at least 5 years in a senior execution role (ideally in tech), with proven experience in building, structuring, training, and managing teams
• Strategic prioritization – sharp ability to assess and act on the highest-impact tasks, ensuring efficiency, focus, and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial resilience – ambitious, proactive, resilient, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments where adaptability is key
